Refund Policy
This policy applies to subscription orders paid through the VPNFish user panel. Before submitting a request, check your account, order status, and payment records. All refund requests are handled through support tickets in the user panel, which keeps a record of when you applied and lets you track progress.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 days of your first payment. The window is based on the record of your first successful payment. Submit a support ticket within that period; you do not need to wait for connection troubleshooting to finish before applying.
You do not need to explain why you no longer wish to use the service. This commitment applies to your first payment for either a monthly subscription or a data plan. A successful connection, importing a subscription, or trying different routes is not, by itself, grounds for denying a refund.
Renewals, additional data plans, and mid-term upgrades do not reset the refund window for your first payment. If your request involves multiple orders, list each one separately to avoid assuming that the first-payment refund commitment automatically applies to all later payments.
Order Verification and Exceptions
Orders outside the refund window are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment above. Orders that were not successfully paid, were canceled, or have already been refunded cannot be refunded again. If your statement shows a charge but the user panel does not show a successful payment, submit proof of payment for verification.
Normal data usage does not trigger an undisclosed refund deduction threshold. If there is unusually high usage, a dispute over order ownership, misuse of payment credentials, or a violation of the terms of use, VPNFish will review the relevant records and explain the basis for its decision in the support ticket. Data usage alone will not determine the outcome.
If there is a dispute about account activity, explain service-related actions and payment verification separately. Do not describe a request for verification as a completed refund, and do not require applicants to make repeated payments to qualify for a refund.
How to Apply and What to Provide
- Sign in to the user panel, find the order in your order history, and check its payment time, amount, and payment method.
- Go to the support ticket page to submit your refund request. Include your account username, order number, payment time, amount paid, and payment method.
- If the order status does not match the actual charge, attach proof of payment that clearly shows the transaction details. Hide personal information that is not needed for verification.
- Add any further details, review the verification result, and track the refund in the original ticket to keep the records together.
You do not need to provide your account password or full subscription link. A reason for a technical issue is not required for a no-questions-asked refund. You may describe any service issues as feedback, but this is not a condition for processing your request. If you cannot sign in, try the account assistance options on the user panel login page.
Refund Methods and Status Checks
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Alipay and WeChat payments are returned through the original payment route whenever possible. Check the payment provider's records for the actual deposit. If the original route cannot be used, the reason and an alternative method must first be explained and verified in a support ticket; refunds are not automatically converted to account balance.
USDT refunds require verification of the original transaction, network, and receiving address, and do not follow the Alipay or WeChat refund process. If the receiving address needs confirmation or network fees apply, the handling method must be explained before processing. Do not send additional funds to an unfamiliar address.
When funds arrive depends on order verification, payment provider processing, and relevant network confirmations. This page does not promise a standard arrival time. A support ticket being accepted does not mean funds have been received. If you are notified that a refund has been processed but it has not arrived, check the return record in the original ticket.
After a Refund and Related Policies
Once a refund is complete, the service benefits for that order end. A subscription configuration still saved in a client does not mean the order remains active. If you have multiple orders, only the order or orders confirmed in the support ticket are refunded; other orders are not automatically canceled.
Payment disputes, duplicate charges, and delayed refunds are handled based on the specific transaction records. Keep your order and support ticket records, and review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for information about service use and data handling. Policy changes should not retroactively reduce refund commitments that were clearly provided at the time of payment.
